Morris Announced as Club Captain

The club are delighted to confirm that Dean Morris will skipper the 1st XV for the 20/21 season.

Commenting, Dean said, “I am really looking forward to leading such a great group into the new season, we have some really promising young guys who broke into 1st team rugby last season and did themselves proud, I know that with the backing of the whole squad we can really push on and have a successful season.”

Club chairman, Marc Hemingway added, “Deano has been a 1st XV regular since he joined the club and gives nothing less than 100% on the pitch every game, he is respected by his peers and particularly the youngsters, and I know that he will use that experience and enthusiasm to get the very best out of the team this season by leading from the front.”
