The club are saddened to advise the passing over the weekend of Trigger Harries.
Many of you will know Trigger as “Mr Swap Shop” as he ran the club shop on Sunday mornings for our minis and juniors, always with a cheery smile and always happy to help anybody.
Along with Spud Murphy, Trigger was definitely one of the club's characters, probably the oldest, but always one of the last standing at club lunches and dinners, and he always had a story to tell. He was also very much like Spud in as much as he was never known to buy a drink!
A great bloke who will be sadly missed down at the club. Funeral arrangements will be announced once decided by the family.
